Tag Archives: Grand Central Terminal Happy Birthday to one of my favorite spots in New York City! Grand Central Station turns 100 years old today. It’s so beautiful as it quietly sits, cooly observing the hustle and bustle of NYC. And can you believe they almost tore it down in the 70′s? What?! I came into the Vanderbilt Street entrance to the Shuttle train and saw a women photographing this huge poster with her cell phone. I thought, “I’m gonna photograph this!” So I took out my borrowed Lomo (Thanks Aaron!) and photographed this.
