Growing up in Columbia, MD meant lots of school field trips to Washington, DC, especially to the Smithsonian. The Smithsonian is a massive collection housed in 19 different museums. One of my all-time favorite museums is the Air and Space Museum. And they have this totally awesome film called “To Fly”. You simply must check…  Well, now that spring has finally sprung, we won’t be doing this for a while. The Ice Rink becomes an outdoor restaurant!
